A Weber County Native. Business Owner. Rancher. Public Servant.
Mike Schultz was born and raised in Weber County and has spent his life building businesses, raising a family and serving the community he calls home. A small-business owner and general contractor, Mike understands what it takes to meet a payroll, create jobs and get things done.
Today, Mike serves as Speaker of the Utah House of Representatives, where he has focused on keeping Utah affordable, strengthening education, investing in infrastructure and protecting the opportunities that make Utah a great place to live, work and raise a family.

More than doubled public education investment, expanded school choice, doubled the educator salary adjustment and opened career pathways through a $100 million statewide CTE/APEX investment including $30 million for the Weber Innovation Center. This will teach our kids and grandkids strong leadership skills and set them up for successful careers.
MANAGING GROWTH & INFRASTRUCTURE
Delivering a $1.1 billion transportation investment, including the 5600 South rebuild and Roy I-15 interchange rebuild, plus the rebuilt 1800 North in Clinton and a new 1800 North interchange on I-15—projects that improve safety and address congestion in our communities.
